Lack of communication

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I called right at 8 to let them know I had a sore throat and ear ache. The girl said she would convey the message as urgent. I asked about the possibility of having the Z pack prescribed. I was told they would call me back. At 3:00 pm with still no callback I contacted the office again. I was told that I would need to set an appointment or go to one of their walk-in clinics. Why was I not told that earlier?? Millennium is advising everyone to stay home for safety reasons and now they are telling me to go to a clinic! Not feeling well and my resistance probably being low I said I was unwilling to do that. She then suggested an in home appointment be set up. Thinking that would be today, I agreed. To my surprise, she said it would be next week. I now have to suffer with pain for the weekend or jeopardize my health by visiting a clinic. Needless to say, Im angry. Had I been made aware of this in the morning, I could have made other arrangements. Total lack of communication!

Not worth the time

We received an invite to a sales presentation from Sunrise Travel (can't find on web), Dreamstar is listed as the sponsor, RCI/Club 365 is the product, brochure lists this company but with a different address in Port Orange.

This is a review of the sales presentation for RCI's Club 365. If you're not interested in buying, then don't attend the presentation. It's not worth your time of 1.5 hours.

The good

After arriving early and meeting with an adviser, the presentation started on time and was fairly engaging. It ended after an hour. Met with a different adviser for about 15 minutes. He realized we weren't buying and quickly gave us our "gifts". We were in a room with 5 other couples, all over 45.

The bad

Basic package was $14K, but you could get it reduced. You could buy basic later, but only premium that day, which was less money than basic.

The ugly

We attended only for the freebies. We were given a $5.00 Walmart card (told it was $25-500). We received the brochure to get the flight and the cruise. However, the steps and restrictions don't make it worth it. You must return the form with 3 weeks, you pick 2 dates and 2 cruise ports or destination airports and hope you can make work what you get. You must also send $50 or $75 refundable deposit via money order/certified check AND certified mail. You can't fly a week before or after major holidays, including President's day and Columbus day.

No Availability

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
We received a free two-night hotel stay plus air fare to a selected location for attending a promotional meeting. After selecting three choices of destination and paying a refundable deposit of $100, we received letters stating there was no availability on our dates. For the third date, we actually got a phone call offering us a destination we could easily drive to, so we declined. We chose to get our refund of the $100 and be done with it. That was about six months ago. As of yet, we have not received our money back. I cannot find a phone number for the company to call, and am reading bad reviews about them, so am crossing my fingers to get my refund at all.

Rip off scammers

Don’t waste your time or money on this company. We received two airline vouchers. Had to be used within a year. Pretty much had to jump through hoops. You had over 100 destinations to choose from however my choices were always “unavailable “. Getting down to my last 2 months they call me and offer my vouchers to 4 destinations that are easily driven to from our location. These choices were not what we originally chose. They are horrible. So want to warn everyone possible about their scam.

Issue Resolved

I left a review on Feb. 19 stating a problem with not being refunded a $100 deposit. I have located a phone number, contacted the company, and have received a check for my deposit. I am pleased with the results as the issue has been resolved.

After sending same complaint to BBB, they responded... It appears it is all our fault guys. We have chosen the destination that is VERY POPULAR and since that is the issue, we cannot and we will not go there on their account, not on weekdays, not on weekends, not on...

COMPLETE SCAM!!!
PLEASE do not waste your time with these *** Really !!!
I knew this is phishing business, but I decided to prove it to myself and others who gets into this bait and switch bs. My wife and I went to the presentation, got the paperwork for free travel and restaurants deal.

I filled out the paperwork, following all the rules and specifications stated in the instruction flyer, selected place to travel from the list and 3 different days (followed by instructions closely). First decline I got in few months for the first date selected, so I selected second date (followed instructions), second denial came in few months for the second date. I selected 3rd date (based on instructions) and it was the last date available within the time and dates they require and there was no way to select anything due to time limitations because almost the year passed already and this deal only valid within the year of attending the promotion "circus". Now they called and told us that the third date is in denial because of the availability.

All we wanted is trip to Hawaii, for 3 days, weekdays, far from any holiday, far from weekends, a year in advance booking, etc... No avail they said. Just as other people leave comments... nothing different.

Everything is the same what other people describe. Millennium Travel is a complete scam and waste of time. I sincerely hope someone will sue to *** load of money these clowns and this "circus" will close their door to the society.

I proved to myself and others, this is complete BS. Wtf Shrug ***

Decepetive trade practices Scammers

After fulfilling the FINE print, the certifications process, and three choices, after two months, my first choice came back rejected, two months later the second choice came back rejected, two months later the third choice came with a bill for $431.oo for processing fees. A Courier Fee? fee $ 60.00, a surcharge fee? for what? What the State of California, which I will file a deceptive trade practice complaint with and will ask them to formally investigate these unscrupulous people, hasn't done is amazing. Remember you get something for nothing...Please file a complaint with the Consumer Protection agency of your state against these people and shut them down...

Stay Clear of Millennium Travel and Promotions

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
MIllennium Travel and Promotions is complicit in a scam, along with their partner, the now defunct American Travel and Tourism Association. My wife and I were solicited from A.T.T.A. last January to attend a 90 minute presentation selling time shares for vacations. We attended and were given a travel request form to choose flights and 2 night hotel stay. We returned the form and choose dates and destinations. Millennium Travel and Promotions returned our forms 6 times over a period of 8 months, each time stating that our dates and/or destinations were unavailable. We were eventually given a choice of 3 destinations and chose Seattle and an available date. So far, so good. Yesterday, we received a letter from Millennium with a balance due of $361.05, payable by money order/cashier's check. Credit cards not accepted. One of the charges is $100 (for two) for fuel surcharge. The usual fuel surcharge is never more than around $20 for two. I phoned Millennium, spoke with a manager (I was very upset by this time and didn't get her name). She stated that Millennium was a third party provider and had nothing to do with ATTA. Both businesses need to be investigated by the authorities, shut down, and their principals held responsible for this scam.

Millennium Travel &promotions. They are a complete scam. They advertised a seminar for discount travel and with a free 3 day 2 nite stay &flight for 2 on a regulary scheduled airline, and $50 or 2 special event tickets and a $30 certificate dinner at a number of restaurants. We had a year to plan it.We could only go at certain times and sent in our choices 3 times and got refused twice. The last time dated 11-2-17 they notified us the trip would cost us $390.05. They took almost the whole year for this to play out. I should have read Google complaints before getting involved with this company. Martin Garber

Never got promised travfel

Went to a travel presentation and "received" two free round trips to our choice of three cities. They had to be used within one year. After the first year, we were told that they mailed us our choice and we never responded. We never received and they couldn't produce what they mailed to us. They gave us another year to complete travel and this time, they claimed that they called our phone (never got a message) and also that our home phone of 18 years had been disconnected. They have done everything in their power to not provide what was promised to us. Would never deal with this company again!

SCAM, INCLUDING THE TIMESHARE PEOPLE WHO USE THESE PEOPLE

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

We sent the forms in timely and they acknowledge receiving it. My wife didn't send it certified, fine print, so they claim its not valid.

The purpose for certified mail is to have proof you sent something, but they claim it was received. These people use anything as an excuse to not honor their promised U.S. trips. I am calling the Marriott Hotel chains to complain that these people are using their good name to promote fraud.

File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and your state's Department of Consumer Affairs. If we don't just sit back and watch these scams to continue, they'll stop.

Fight On. Frank & Tabetha Cockrell

The ask for $50 per person, then don’t book your travel?!?!? Boy they are making a FORTUNE!

I contacted Marriott Hotels and they aren't involved with these people. The time share/travel company who uses these people shouldn't have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.

They're in this scam together. CALL THE BBB AND FILE A COMPLAINT.

SCAM.....

I was sent a postcard to attend their seminar, in return was promised airfare to anywhere in the U.S. and a two night stay at a Marriott........I attended and was given the certificate, but when it came time to honor it, they DECLINED the certificate because, get this....I DIDN"T MAIL IT CERTIFIED MAIL....I just put it in the mail.

Also, was told I had to send in $ 50.00 !!!!!!! I'm GLAD I DIDN"T because I'm sure, they would have kept the $ 50.00 !! and still found another reason NOT TO HONOR THEIR PROMISE of a plane ticket!!!!! and hotel stay.

I would NEVER do business with this company, NOT EVER!!!! I was also NOT very pleased with a few of the sales staff at the seminar as well.

Millenium Travel and Promotions (Code for "RIP OFF")

We didn't receive airline tickets or hotel accommodations due to a couple of technicalities- we didn't send documents to them as certified mail (even though they received them) and a date was not filled in by one of the presenters that we listened to in order to get the vouchers. That's not our fault right?? Well, it didn't matter. We lost the hotel. Good luck if you do any business with this company. It may take a miracle to actually get what you think you are suppose to receive from this unprofessional and lame organization. I'm guessing their office is in a van down by the river.

They do not follow through with their agreements, blame the customer then hang up on you. Unprofessional and disrespectful SCAM artists. They never contacted me about dates of travel for the promotional certificate. I did everything I was supposed to do. The customer services rep first denied receiving something I mailed to them until I produced evidence of mailing. Then, he said they had a record of receiving it. The next day his supervisor denied evidence of receipt. She also denied that he told me he had record of receipt. He had told me the date they received it as well as the certified mail number. She was clearly lying and refusing to accept any responsibility for their failure to follow through with what they had agreed to do.

Thanks for the $100 refund because I did not send it certified mail. If you got the dam check then why did it have to be certified mail. The Nashville Travel Expo 2016 sponsored by the National Tourism Devp. Council. We traveled 2 hours to get to the seminar on Sunday and stayed 2 hour there and 2 hours back home. Were suppose to receive 2 round trip air tickets, 2 nights at Marriott Hotel location anywhere in the us. We got nothing put are $100 sent back. This was a rip off from the get go!
