We sent the forms in timely and they acknowledge receiving it.My wife didn't send it certified, fine print, so they claim its not valid.

The purpose for certified mail is to have proof you sent something, but they claim it was received. These people use anything as an excuse to not honor their promised U.S. trips. I am calling the Marriott Hotel chains to complain that these people are using their good name to promote fraud.

File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and your state's Department of Consumer Affairs. If we don't just sit back and watch these scams to continue, they'll stop.

The ask for $50 per person, then don’t book your travel?!?!? Boy they are making a FORTUNE!

I contacted Marriott Hotels and they aren't involved with these people. The time share/travel company who uses these people shouldn't have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.

They're in this scam together.CALL THE BBB AND FILE A COMPLAINT.
